Is there a simple way to have a cutout or an audible warning when a deep cycle coach battery has dropped to a certain voltage so that you don’t inadvertently “ flatten” the battery?

Is expensive. Thank you.
Is there a $2 one that just makes an audible and wakes you up so you can turn off the fan, or whatever?

How about a $20 battery tender? Or are you at a location where you don’t have permanent power?

I'm sure there are alarms. disconnects are going to be spendy

Y
ou can set it to shut off at 12.5v/

I was thinking about this on the way to work this morning and I think the little inverters I’ve used have low voltage alarms that sound, for example, when you start the car.

I was telling Hammerhead that I was thinking on this on my way to work this morning and some of the small, cheapo inverters I’ve used over the years have alarms that sound when I start the car and the voltage drops.
I sleep with a CPAP and need to be able to power it when I am camping or if there’s no municipal power. As well, it’ll be warm on the trip we’re planning, so I’d like to be able to run a small fan at night; I’ll use a separate battery for each, but I want to avoid flattening the batteries. A beep will do the trick, wake up and turn off the fan if it sounds.

PMP would just turn it off automagikally if the battery gets down to 12.0v, you wouldn’t need to wake up at all..
